We treat kitchen equipment not as disposable consumer goods, but as permanent architectural objects designed to endure decades of daily culinary use.
Founded in Copenhagen in 2026, kitchentoolstech works directly with artisan bladesmiths, foundry masters, and woodturners across Scandinavia and Japan. We eliminate gimmicks and synthetic coatings in favor of raw, honest materials.
Our journey began in a small workshop in Nørrebro, where we spent two years prototyping knife geometries with professional chefs from Noma and Geranium. Today, we collaborate with a network of independent craftspeople who share our philosophy: that the best tools are invisible in the hand, feel inevitable in use, and outlast the cook who wields them.

All items ordered through kitchentoolstech carry a lifetime craft guarantee against structural manufacturing defects. Misuse through automatic dishwasher exposure voids wood guarantees.
1. LIFETIME CRAFT GUARANTEE
Every tool produced by kitchentoolstech is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee covers blade delamination, handle separation, and casting fractures. It does not cover wear from normal use, accidental damage, or misuse.
2. ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are hand-packed and dispatched from our Copenhagen studio within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary between 5-14 business days. You will receive tracking information via email upon dispatch.
3. SHIPPING & HANDLING
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. kitchentoolstech is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or weather events.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wooden components (handles, boards) must be hand-washed and dried immediately. Cast iron should be seasoned regularly with food-grade oil. Brass and copper items require periodic polishing with natural citrus-based cleaners. Failure to follow these instructions voids the lifetime guarantee for affected components.
